Known  in  the  sector with  its  pioneering  and  innovative  approaches, Loom Crafts has introduced to the market, a movable ceiling system us‐able in all four seasons. By the special tension system, Retractable slid‐ing  roof  products  are  usable  in  all weather  conditions. With  careful monitoring of  the  customer’s wishes, accurate adjustments, and with an architectural design, the result is functional as well as stylish.  With  our  team  of  professionals within  architecture  and  engineering, products  can also be  tailor‐made with a  customized design.  Including many colors of choice and decorative details,  it provides aesthetic en‐richment to the building and surroundings.  The product  is designed to withstand wind  forces up to 117 km/h  (11 on  Beaufort  scale)  and  can  be  installed  with  different  construction types  and  materials  such  as  aluminium,  galvanized  metal,  wood, stainless  steel  etc. With  a drainage  system,  the  rainwater  is perfectly drained, leaving the interior dry and comfortable. In some of our mod‐els, the drainage system is hidden in the front pillars for an even cleaner design.  Elero (German make) with  its RTS technology  is being used for motors and automation in our products. you can have a remote controlled Spot Light System with dimming functions, which creates a comfortable and harmonic atmosphere.  Loom Crafts products can be made  into a retractable winter garden by closing the sides with different kinds of sliding or fixed glass panels.  Take full advantage of your outdoor space and get the taste of luxury in all four seasons.

In our motor and automation system, using the world’s leading Elero brand, a tension mechanism is used, which is especially produced for our products. Offering a 5‐year guarantee and produced in Germany, Elero motors are operated with a remote control using secure radio technology. Due to  its  long‐range built‐in antenna, the motor can be operated  even  through  several  reinforced  concrete walls.  The wire‐less sun sensor extends the ceiling cover automatically  in sunny con‐ditions and creates a cooling shade. 

This system prevents the rainwater to enter the closed area, by leading it into a gutter for perfect water drainage.  NB!  If the product  is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Water block System is a necessity. 

This system prevents the wind to enter the closed area. The Anti‐Air  System,  consists of  an  elastic material  fastened on  the  rails and gutter. When  the ceiling cover  is  fully  stretched,  this elastic material tightens all the gaps where the wind can enter, ensuring a calm and shel‐tered environment.  NB!  If  the product  is planned  to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Anti‐Air System is a necessity. 

(1) Gutter and Down Pipes which are produced for the purpose of guiding and controlling the flow of rainwater are installed on the construction. (2) The integrated water drainage system is available as standard in our products. Down Pipes are concealed inside the front pillars to create a styl‐ish and elegant design. NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by clos‐ing the sides, the Gutter & Down Pipe is a necessity. 

The Trapezium System is an optional ceiling cover system available for flat ver‐sions, and  is a system made to drain the water towards the sides. The ceiling cover is tightened on one side while the other side is loosened. By this, the wa‐ter flows on the ceiling cover between the fabric support profiles. This applica‐tion is being used when the tilted ceiling cover system of various reasons can‐not be applied. This system  is designed  to withstand wind  forces up  to 8 ac‐cording to Beaufort scale, which corresponds to a wind force of 74 km/h. 

The Spot Light System, which can be designed according to the customer’s needs and type of interior, also creates an elegant and stylish atmosphere where it is installed. With the Cable Transmission System,  all the cables are concealed inside the fabric. The spotlights are controlled by remote controls available with dimmer func‐tions.  

This optional can be added, as a second layer fabric for ceiling decoration with a wavy style, according to the customers need and taste.

PERGOLA FRAMES All Frames of the sliding roof pergola are made of aluminium alloy, pre treated according to stringent procedures such as those required by the “qualicoat” quality mark for maximum durability. The coatings can last for a considerable time, but may be affected by critical weather conditions, such proximity to sea or acid water with heavy chemical pollution, we cover these critical conditions under our warrantee.

ROOF FABRIC We recommend "FERRARI-502", The fabric is in 100% 1100 dtex poly-ester, with PVC coating on both sides. It is flame retardant, with a class 2 reaction to fire 100% waterproof and weighs 780 g/m². It has a tensile strength of 2,550 N/5cm (a particularly high value, and extremely impor-tant for wind resistance). The fabric has a central blackout section which is opaque, so the dirt which gradually deposits on the canvas cannot be seen against the light; the blackout section also protects the yarn from UV rays and reduces the heat from the sun's rays below the canvas, to guarantee the utmost com-fort. The bottom part of Ferrari fabric is embossed to eliminate the un-sightly shiny effect and give it an appearance similar to fabric. To care for the fabric, simply wash with soap and water.

SUPPORTS AND SCREWS Sliding roof pergola is supplied with AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL supports and screws to guarantee the utmost structural strength and maximum resistance to corrosion of metal parts. None of these components require main-tenance.
