It is difficult but also essential that we keep up with these changes to ensure that our students are provided with both current and relevant educational experiences. In this session we will examine a variety of current and emerging technologies and web developments and how they are likely to impact on the future of education.

A  5mb  memory  storage  unit  that  was  used  in  IBM’s  305  RAMAC  computer  released  in  1956.  It  was  the  world’s  first  “hard  drive”.    The  305  RAMAC  could  be  leased  from  IBM  for  $3200  per  month.    Makes  you  really  appreciate  your  $5    4mb  thumb  drive.
