The promoters of the business are looking for funding from institutions, trusts or individuals to invest in

the company as being shareholder.

The company needs at least, 2 crores to support its activities. Recently we have an our own registered

company in Ivory Coast for RCN exported to India. We have our networking offices in Uganda, Kenya,

Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Malaysia, SriLanka, Indonesia, UAE etc.

We export from India, salt, millets, rice, spices, coconuts, coir pith, cocopith, safety matches, etc. and

based on customer request we export the items.

We import Green Moong Beans (GMB), Chick peas, green peas, lentils, pigeon peas, raw cashew nuts,

ginger, and sesame seeds from the African region, Australia, South America and other parts of the

world.

The large share of agriculture in Africa’s GDP suggests that agriculture is key for overall economic

growth – growing agriculture will consequently grow economies across the whole continent.

Small farmers in Africa will be playing a pivotal role in feeding the world over the next decade or two.

For the next season for buying RCN, we have planned to get license from ARECA (the regulatory authority

for cotton and cashew in Ivory Coast). We need to deposit around $100,000/- with Government to get the

licence to buy the RCN directly from the farmers. This will leverage out us from directly buying from the

brokers. We will have enough margins to sell @ competitive rates. This season we did a turnover of

1000 MT and we would like to increase the turnover and to build the stronger supply chain.

We have exclusive agreement with Canadian companies to buy whole lentils and the same we will sell it

India and we have decent margin.

We have entered agreement in India with hatching egg manufactures in India to market their products

in the Africa region. For the same company’s animal feed unit, we have agreed to supply raw materials

like sheanuts, soya meal etc from the Africa region.

We have entered agreements for exporting farm fresh coconuts, fresh eggs, fresh vegetable to the GCC,

Singapore markets.

The above are few examples for the RCN, the same applicable for GMB, pigeon peas, sesame seeds, and

other pulses. We know the market, supply and demand on both sides. We will position ourselves to

make investment in the lucrative product/market/region wise.

Whenever we buy products from Africa, we have to pay 100% cash from the farmers, this is hampering

us to succeed in the business due to lack of financing.

Once we raise the money in the required level we can play vital role in the market and we can give good

return on investment to our shareholders.
