We are two MBA students (one Stern MBA2014 male from Italy, one Columbia MBA2013 female from Switzerland) looking for a 3rd roommate. We have an amazing 3 bedroom apartment in the West Village and are looking for a 3rd roommate starting August 1st (flexible). Here is some info about the apartment: Located on 10th street, in the heart of the West village, between Waverly Place and Greenwich Avenue. Very close to Stern! The apartment has 3 large bedrooms (NY standards), each of which gets tons of light, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen Large windows in every room, including bathroom, living and kitchen Exposed brick in all the three bedrooms Dish washer 5 floor walk up (last floor), perfect to stay in good shape without going to the gym Steps away from 7 subway lines: 1 2 3; A C E; B D M F; plus you can easily get anywhere in the city (including JFK) with all the blue and orange lines at the W4 stop Move in date: early to mid August You get all the existing IKEA furniture (bedroom plus common areas, sofa bed included) for $300 There is no broker's fee!
