Healthy sancks give us energy between meals.
We need to watch our weight
WATER is the best drink. Drink about six glasses every day.
Keep clean, sleep well, do lots of exercise and enjoy your free time. These are examples of HEALTHY
HABITS.
Colds,stomach upsets and tooth decay are examples of HEALTH PROBLEMS.
We grow and change as we get older.
We can feel lots of different EMOTIONS in one day.
