• The game has changed.
• The game requires us to be physically fit by. This includes the ability to work while having an elevated heart rate, the ability to sprint, jog and side step when needed
• We need to look the part of a referee.
• This is important at the Club, District and Provincial levels.

• Anyone can attend – grade/age/fitness not pre-requisites• Goals are:
• Introduce consistent and standardized education and training to all match officials
• to identify 10-25 talented officials per district per season from these camps
• Utilize identified talent to take on role of Mentor at Club level
• Keep your Club Board/Technical Director advised of emerging talent
