I can suggest an idea for the task

at hand

I can take and idea, discuss and

develop it using my own ideas

I can take ideas and speculate to

say ‘what if?’

I can find ways of linking 2 or

more ideas together

I can suggest which combination of ideas might be better and why

By linking different ideas together I can

suggest imaginative solutions to problems

I can present my creative ideas to

others

I can listen to the views of others and use them to improve my ideas

I can put my creative ideas into practice

Experts:• Team Leader – This person should be good at leading a team,

making sure each team member is clear on their role, keeping the team on task and focused. They should also be able to keep a cool head and be able to handle the pressure.

• Route Planner/Researcher – This person is good with reading maps, atlases and using Google Search Engine. It is their job to research the different routes available to the team and give clear information back to the team, explaining why they chose this route.

• Resource Expert – This person is organised and able to handle lots of information. They are going to be making decisions on what they should be taking with them, where they are staying, what would help them along the route.

• Budget Expert – This person is good with numbers. They are able to calculate the costs of the different parts of the journey and keep within a budget. They are very important as if you run out of money; you will be stranded in the middle of nowhere!
