advanced technology in the world. The three year programme consists of Accenture training, specialised area
rotations and formal qualification certifications

What are we looking for?
• A real interest in technology (e-commerce, web-design, app development, testing of new technology services) and the desire to build skills in this area
• Commitment and aptitude to complete the training and studying required and willingness to put aside personal time to invest in your own learning and development
• Logical mind-set and problem-solving ability
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Collaborates well in a team environment
• The instinct to question things
• A 'can do' attitude
There are no entry requirements in terms of age or qualifications

Location: London
Requirement: Full-time . The terms of employment are three one-year fixed term contracts, with a six-month probationary period. Entry level Accenture benefits will also apply.
Salary: 1st year: £12,000. 2nd year: £13,000. 3rd year: £14,000 plus £1,500 bonus
What Would You Be Doing? Our Client Delivery & Operations (CD&O) team work directly with clients from many major UK and multi-national companies. We help turn innovative ideas into effective technology solutions by developing, enhancing and testing IT applications and services.
Who Do We Want to Attract? People who are looking for an exciting and challenging career within CD&O
Do You Need To Be Skilled In This Area? No. During your first few weeks with us you will learn all about the way that CD&O work as well as having the opportunity to learn technical and general work skills. After that you will work alongside experienced employees in one of our specialised areas as well as starting your college course.
Your First Year: Throughout your first year you will have the opportunity to experience different roles in different areas, before specialising in a particular technology in your second and third years. You will complete your Advanced Apprenticeship qualification in your fist year and start your Foundation Degree course in your second year.

YEAR 1Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
An Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals, including a Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence (City & Guilds) & a City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate for IT Professionals

Graduates from the programme will be experienced and skilled technology practitioners, capable of attaining technology related permanent employment jobs.
At the end of the three year period each apprentice will be experienced and qualified in a wide range of technology and core skills

Applying for the London Apprenticeship SchemeStep 1 - ApplicationApply by sending your CV with a brief overview of any experience that you have (we understand that you may not have had any/much as yet), as well as a covering note outlining why you're interested in the programme (500 words can be used as a guide).
Step 2 – Face to Face InterviewIf your application meets our entry requirement, we'll invite you to a face to face interview. During this we'll take you through a series of questions that are designed to see if you've got the skills that you'll need for the role. Step 3 - Assessment CentreDo well in your interview and you'll be invited to an assessment centre where you'll meet various people and take part in a range of activities (such as a group exercise) to see your skills in action.If it looks like you are a good match after the assessment centre, we'll invite you to join the programme.
