Fee Payment

The balance of the course fees should be at College enrolment.

In cases when students are sponsored, documentary evidence of the sponsorship will be required. Late payments may incur a £50 charge to cover the cost of additional administration.

No reduction is offered on tuition fees to students who arrive late for their course.

Refunds

Tuition fee deposits for courses are non refundable and non transferrable. The only exception is if you are denied Entry Clearance on the grounds of your Confirmation of Acceptance of Study (CAS) details provided by Kingston College. Your deposit will not be refunded if your visa is refused on the Maintenance Fund or any other grounds eg failure to provide required documentation.

Students who are refused a Tier 4 visa on the grounds of the CAS details provided by the College will be refunded their deposit payment less a £500 administration charge.

Tuition fees are non refundable from your enrolment. This means that if you decide to leave your course for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund. The exception to this is if the College cancels or curtails your course in which case a full or partial fee refund will be made.

Maintenance Fund
