LOMOGRAPHY STOREThe project concerns the restoration of a commercial space in the Brera district in Milan. The Client is Lomography, a company that produces and sells analogue cameras based in Vienna. Opening a gap in the central wall, instilling in this way a great depth to the store, emphasizes the double overlooking facing on via Mercato and on the inner courtyard.

The space between the existing floors has also made possible the construction of a brand new slab composed of steel beams, modular pine boards and reinforced concrete, used for exhibition, events and workshops. A handcrafted stair composed of thin steel welded elements connects the ground floor with the new mezzanine.
