The East Broad Top Railroad is 2 ½ hours east of Pittsburgh.

It is anticipated the EBT will be operating steam excursion trains in 2024.

Waynesburg & Washington RailroadThe Waynesburg & Washington Railroad operated in Southwestern PA from 1875 to 1933.

The Greene County Historical Society is the proprietor of

W&W second #4 (1916) and Jackson & Sharp coach #6 (1892), and a 1956 7-ton Plymouth.

The Greene County Historical Society is 45 minutes south of Pittsburgh.

Volunteers are currently restoring the steam locomotive and coach.

It is anticipated that the locomotive and coach will be operational in 2024.

A motor coach right-of-way tour of the W&W will be offered.

Youngstown Steel Heritage is 1 hour and 15 minutes northwest of Pittsburgh.

#58 is a 24” gauge 0-4-0T steam locomotive built in 1937 by the HK Porter Company.

Youngstown Steel Heritage operates #58 and excursion cars on a few thousand feet of track.

A motor coach trip to Youngstown Steel Heritage will be offered.
