The fulfilment process

Order confirmation and carrier label printing will be completed at the time of pick/pack.

Orders will be bridged into DSV’s WMS at hourly intervals defining priority.

Orders picked using RF technology to ensure pick accuracy

Orders shall be picked, scanned and packed in a single process with consolidation of completed orders

DSV admin will wave pick orders and send to warehouse for fulfilment

• DSV operate a shift system with an agreed order cut off time, assuming an even flow of orders throughout the ‘working’ day.

• Single SKU pallets will be putaway to bulk storage & mixed SKU pallets will be placed to the marshalling area for consolidation & putaway to storage locations.

The fulfilment process - Replenishment

This process will operate using an automated Min/Max rule embedded within the WMS.

• The operation will be supported by an account team and administrators in order to cover the operating hours. The site also benefits from an established infrastructure including Senior Management and IT Engineer.

• DSV Solutions also offers a suite of KPI reports and Management Information. This is either by scheduled data exchange or a self-service portal.
