College of Education – One of the most productive education research programs in the country, including the fifth best instructional technology program. USU’sCollege of Education is the only one in Utah ranked in the top tier by US News and World Report Magazine. It also houses the nationally renowned Center for Person’s with Disabilities.College of Business – Accountancy students have twice the national pass rate on the CPA exam. College of Engineering – The average for passing the National Fundamentals of Engineering Exam on the first try is 55%. Utah State students average is 95%!College of Natural Resources – Our graduates are in high demand with state and federal agencies and conservation organizations. Every student has a summer internship opportunity.

College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences – USU’s Interior Design Department is the only accredited program in Utah, Montana, Washington, New Mexico, and Arizona. For the past two years, a faculty member of the Department of Theatre has been honored with the Kennedy Center Medallion of Excellence. The Art Department is one of nine departments across the countryinvited to join the Society of Illustrators, the most prestigious professional illustration organization in the world. HASS also advises the Interdisciplinary Studies Major which allows students to create a unique, individualized degree to fit their specific career interest.College of Science – Students work closely with faculty who are leading scientist in their field. Utilize the Student-Athlete Services Center. Tutors and your academic advisor will be available and ready to help you. We want you to get help before you are in a crisis.

You don’t need an F in order to get a tutor.

Study table is mandatory for all first year players and all those that have below a 2.5 g.p.a. Tutors are available at

all study table hours.

Academics will be a priority and treated as such. You will be at Utah State to obtain an education and an undergraduate degree. Unless on a road trip, basketball will never be an

excuse for missed class, late assignments or an unacceptable grade. Practice will be scheduled around classes and there will be no games during finals weeks.

Student-Athlete Mentor Program: This program is designed to ease freshmen and transfer student-athletes, as well as continuing student-athletes, in

their transition to Utah State University and Intercollegiate Athletics, the Logan community and

college life.

"CHAMPS" stands for Challenging Athletes' Minds for Personal Success. The five components of CHAMPS are academics, athletics, personal

development, career development and community service.

Aggie Ambassadors is a program bringing together our community and Utah State University Athletics.

and teachers in reinforcing the principles taught in the

home and classroom.

Utah State's Romney Stadium features beautiful views of the surrounding

mountains from every side of the stadium.

The $4.5 million facility houses a 100-yard Astro Turf surface which allows

Aggie athletic teams to work out year-round. It is the largest

freestanding indoor collegiate training facility in the Intermountain

West. This facility which is utilized by all Utah State athletes houses state-of-the-art weight training equipment and is managed by

four certified strength and conditioning

coaches.

This first on-campus surgical center of its kind in the country is

utilized for the treatment of athletic

injuries, rehabilitation, therapy, strength conditioning and training for USU

athletes.

The 10,270 seat Dee Glen Smith Spectrum looks to continue a tradition of large crowds and

home-court wins. The Spectrum has gained a reputation as one of the nation’s toughest venues for

visiting teams. In a recent Las Vegas Review Journal survey, Big West Conference players and coaches voted overwhelmingly that the Spectrum was the most

difficult arena in the league.

represents a signifigant step forward for Utah State athletics and forgreather visibility of the University as a whole,” President Kermit Hall said.
