The heart of the line is MKM-300-5 Log Planer.It is a massive, heavy-duty machine designedspecifically for working logs. The MKM 300-5 can beintegrated with various types of log feeding devicesand conveyor systems, depending on the capacityand automation requirements.
Combining MKM-300-05 Log Planer together with areliable blank feeding device and a flexible stackingstation to one integrated system, The Log Planer Linecan produce profiled log blanks for several notchinglines. E.g. when producing a log profile 200 mm,the working speed is approximately 10 m/min.Accordingly, the total machining capacity will beapproximately 190 m3/ 8 h.The Makron Log Planer Line has the structure,
power and adjustment to take end products ofup to 300 x 300 mm in diameter, and lengthup to 14 meters.
