This bracket is only used with advanced cross‐bracing installation methods,

The Adjustable End‐Clamp accommodates different PV module frame heights

This Hanger Bolt with L‐Bracket mounts directly onto tile roofs. This Hanger Bolt has
a 3/8" 12‐TPI thread. It is Stainless Steel and DICO™ coated, to ensure maximum
corrosion resistance, when screwing into a steel roof purlin. The assembly also
includes aluminium spacer to prevent crushing of tiles on installation.

Additional cable lengths can be bundled and securely clipped to the rail using
the durable Lock Solar Twist Lock Cable ties.
These ties are specifically made to fit into the dedicated channel of the Heavy‐
Duty rails (#300‐001 & #300‐002)
They are made from heat stabilised, weather resistant & UV protected Nylon
6.6, for outdoor use.
Size is 166mm long x 7.9mm wide
309‐001
This rail earthing lug is attached to the rail, located at either side of a rail‐joiner
(if rail‐joiners are used), or at the end of a single rail piece (if no rail‐joiners are
used).
It comes pre‐assembled with the rail‐to‐bracket connector.
An additional electrical earthing cable is simply screwed into the lug, for the
electrical connection into other earthing lugs, or back to the inverter.
NOTE: When attached to the rails, there requires an additional 100mm long
copper wire piece (4mm sq.cable), to electrically connect across the rail joiner
piece, as shown in this diagram.
CABLE MANAGEMENT COMPONENTS

An alternative to cable ties and also conforming to the new AS 5033 standard
changes, these Stainless Steel cable clips sit in the module frame cavity between
the back panel and the frame.
They are very fast to install, effective and leave a neater look than cable ties.
We recommend to use 2 Cable clips, per panel.
EARTHING COMPONENTS
107‐001
This Stainless Steel earthing plate, slots into every‐other Mid‐Clamp, which then
clips onto the rail, thus providing electrical earthing of two connecting panels
together at the mid‐clamp.
Its serrated holes penetrate the rail and solar panel anodisation, creating the
conductive grounding path between them.
This earthing clip easily slots into a Mid‐clamp (#301‐001).
Does not include the Mid‐clamp.

This Dacromet Coated 75mm long roofing screw has a pointed drilling tip, so no
need to pre‐drill. It can be used to penetrate thin sheet metal, if required.
Can be used with L‐Bracket (6.3mm hole) & Tilt foot bracket, where the roof
purlins are wood. Size: 6.3 x 75mm
101‐007
This Stainless Steel 65mm long roofing screw is used to fasten the Tile brackets
into the wooden roof top rafters, that are concealed underneath the tiles. It has
a pointed drilling tip, so no need to pre‐drill. It can be used to penetrate thin
sheet metal, if required.
Can be used with Tile‐Brackets, where the roof rafters are wood.
Recommended 2 screws per Tile bracket. Size: 6.3 x 65mm

This Galvanised 65mm self‐drilling roofing screw is used to bore into tougher
metal‐sheet roof type roofs.
It will self‐drill and thread without the need for pre‐drilling.
Can be used with L‐Bracket (6.3mm hole) & Tilt foot bracket, where the roof

main structural point of the truss rails.
This part is used for where the installation is constructed on a flat ground
surface, or where there are small elevation issues in the structure.

constructed on un‐even ground surface, or where there are elevation issues in
the structure, and where there requires re‐alignment of the truss during

Part includes joiner piece profile, middle joiner guide piece, with the assembly
pre‐riveted for quick use.
