Permission to film from people working in offices, the offices will be empty apart from one or two people who have been made aware that filming will be taking place.

Identify the equipment required Camera and tripodIdentify any potential health and safety issues both people and equipment related issues such as presence of people not involved in filming, video equipment being set up in a suitable and safe location, which doesn’t block access points, damages the environment or frightens livestock.

All filming will take place inside at this location, so there are no health and safety issues regarding livestock. Emergency access and exits points have been recognized and acknowledged by everyone involved with the filming.

Consider the positioning of the sun and lighting conditions

Filming will take place indoors, so it can appear to be any time of day needed. Office lights can be adjusted as needed.

Look for interesting camera angles and shots

Check the electricity supply Do a test on sound or video recording, checking for potential noise problems.

Sound and video test done before filming began, no problems with the video and any background sound issues were addressed as needed.

Confirm dates and times with technical crew, actors and anybody else this applies to

Arrange car parking, access, loading and security.

There is car parking outside the offices which can be used for film crew to park and unload safely.

Make sure everybody concerned with your video knows what is happening and what is expected of them

Permission to film from owner of the bar, date to film and time to arrive organised. People who are at the bar, will be made aware that filming is taking place and the bar will be

vacant for an hour, so that the main parts of filming can be done.

Most of the filming will take place indoors, however for the parts outside we have made the owner aware and checked the area for any health and safety issues, no problems were found.Emergency access and exit points recognized and acknowledged.

Most filming will take place indoors and for the bits outside it is meant to be nigh time, so we will be filming in the evening so it will be dark.

Before we began filming looked around the location and set everything up how we wanted it wanted it to be filmed. We photographed the key areas that we would be filming in so that we had a record of them and to avoid problems later on in filming our rushes.
