CSAs
What is a CSA?
CSA (Community Supported
Agriculture) is known as “subscription farming.” You buy a subscription from a local farmer just like you buy a newspaper subscription and in returnyou receive weekly shares of fresh, locally grown produce throughout the farming season. Some farmers also offer CSA shares that include meat, eggs, dairy, bread, honey, and other products.
farm profile:
Bloomin Wooley Acres Commercial GardensNashua

Rogers MarketCedar Falls
Rogers Market has been growing fruits and vegetables for four generations. Frank and Flora Rogers and their 10 children started by growing and selling muskmelons and watermelons. Since then, the market has expanded to sell a wide variety of other delicious produce.
Growing produce is not a job for the Rogers, it is a passion. Produce is picked fresh daily so the flavor is at its peak. Rogers Market is known for its early sweet corn in July and hayrack loads of squash in the fall. Open every day of the season.
