This cookbook was put together by Fort Hays State University students who

organized the Locally Global event on Saturday, March 28th 2015. Locally

Global is a celebration of cultural diversity that took place on the FHSU

campus. These recipes were submitted by international students in

Hays, Kansas and by community members. All recipes submitted are

presumed to be original to the submitter. These recipes were not tested
