Healthcare service will be Taiwan advanced mainstream

services with millions of customers 。 Insecurity 、 healthcare and insurance services, any changein service behavior (such as value-added or transform) willaffect millions of customers. How to increase revenue andlow down cost will be the major concern of these 3 service

providers. In order to integrate the above 3 services ， we must work

with Smart IC card first, and integrate all service platformsthen
