Whether it be attending an event or festival, exploring the great outdoors or visiting an awesome new attraction, these small group day outings are designed to provideopportunities for people of all ages, the chance to spend time with friends and make new memories. Ratios and Sta�ng for Safety

Safety of our customers and sta� is paramountat Leisure Networks. To ensure our groups havea fun and safe time with us please note that as aminimum:

Changes to Programs

Whilst the utmost care is taken to ensure thescheduled activity is available at the time andlocation advised, there may be times where slightchanges may be required to ensure maximumenjoyment out of the day. This may includecircumstances regarding weather, public transportand availability of activities. Should there be anychanges to your scheduled activity, a phone callor text will be sent at least 24 hours prior to thestart of the session.

Departing on Time

The Importance of MYKIAs we use public transport a lot for our programs, it is vital that all participants have an active MYKIcard that is loaded to allow for transport to andfrom Melbourne (approximately $15) and aroundGeelong. No MYKI may result in not being able toattend the booked activity.

This program is suitable for people who can besupported in a small group of between 3 and 5 people. If you require 1:1 or 1:2 support please callus to discuss. Please note, you will be charged at the appropriate rate depending on the size ofthe group, noting group size may vary betweenactivities.

We like to o�er a variety of activities for our groups to enjoy, and this often means that we need to take public transport and/or book sessions with external organisations for speci�c times. Because of this, it is very important that the group are able to depart on time. If you are running late, as a courtesy we ask that you call us as soon as possible to let us know.If we have not heard from you and it is more than ten minutes past the scheduled start time, unfortunately the group will need to leave and you may miss out on attending the session.

Transport CostTransport as required @$1/km

Sta� ratios will be based on activity risklevel and location.

Booster Seats

If your child currently uses a booster seatwhen travelling in a car, please contact us on03 5222 3911 to discuss how we can support theirsafe transport when in a Leisure Networks vehicle.

Funding

Booking and paying the out of pocket costs viathe website registers your place on the program, however �nal con�rmation is completed oncethe Leisure Networks team ensure you have the su�cient and appropriate NDIS funding available.A new service booking may be required to con�rm your place and the LN team will work with you to arrange this.
