profitable and saleable projects. To this end we can offer multiple locations and provide a large variety of

LAND SALES

LJ Hooker caters to both end-user markets as well as the investor / developer market. For the end-user

market our focus is to search for the right size plot in the right location. For investors / developers, we can

offer larger land parcels which give the best ROI. Our advisory includes highest and best-use studies, FSI /

FAR calculations, by-laws, application of TDR etc, with a focus is to transact in the shortest time frame.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST CAMPAIGNS

We conduct Expression of Interest Campaigns for our property owner clients which render the best market

terms in the shortest period of time. An EOI can provide discretion if necessary and the seller can choose

whom he wants to deal with. This offers a win-win situation for both buyers and sellers.

LAND LEASE / INDUSTRIAL SHED LEASING

Specialised needs of industry can be met through sourcing of land / sheds in suitable locations or

industrial belts. Large format Retail, Industrial and Warehousing requirement can be serviced

professionally.

BUILDER FINANCE

We can arrange for developer funding through debt instruments, equity loans, as well as investments

through HNI’s directly in a project.
