August 2014! The month of new beginnings!

Beloved, I pray that July was a productive month for each of you and that you are ready to walk into everything that God has for you.

Our scripture of thought this month is Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work togeth-er for good to them that love God, to them who are called ac-cording to his purpose.

I want you to encourage you to KNOW that you are in a Win-Win situation. It’s your story that you have to live out but it will ulti-mately bring God glory.

Over the last several weeks, I’ve encountered numerous people who are in dire financial straits, looking for places to live and some not even knowing whether they would eat or not. Others were battling critical health condi-tions. And I’ve encountered many who are struggling in their spiritu-al walk.

Each one of these people, at some point, felt like they may not make it. They wanted to give up and one person even contemplat-ed whether death was better for them than living.

Beloved, be encouraged in know-ing that in everything that you are experiencing right now, it’s still going to work for your good. Re-gardless of how you feel, you’ve got a promise that you must learn to believe and trust in - that it’s going to work for your good.

Some of you are in situations simply so that God can teach you to trust Him more. Some of you are faced with things that only

God can fix. He has allowed them so that you will know that it’s His Hand that’s mov-ing on your behalf and not mere man.

What God wants you to know more than anything else is that regardless of what your IT may be - IT is working for your good.

It may not look good but you know that looks can surely be deceiving. The report may not sound good right now but you know that one word from God can change any situation.

My question to you is - do you really KNOW?

The scripture says “and we KNOW.” To know means to perceive or understand as fact or truth; to apprehend clearly and with certainty or to have established or fixed in the mind or memory.

Family, do you understand that if you love God and you’re called according to HIS pur-pose, He has promised to work ALL things out for your good? Do you accept this as fact and truth understanding that it can’t be changed or denied because it’s a promise from God?

Are you living with the cer-tainty that no matter what goes on, who does what and how any situation looks, the God that we serve will come through for you? Are you really sure about it or are you living with some doubt and fear? Are you wavering in your belief that God will do what He said?
