PROJECT STATEMENTDesign a single-occupant house for the back of a small suburban residential plot. The house should be sensitive to its environment: this means incorporating sustainable materials and design specifications such as passive solar heating; it also means designing a building that extends beyond the property line to engage the street and sidewalk.
