  • AUTUMN WIND

    On a certain autumn evening,

    Hollow winds whistled past me

    Swirling around, carrying

    Fallen leaves and twigs

I asked them a cruel wish,

To carry the aroma of my heart

    Along with their many burdens

    They agreed to become my

Deliverer, and I, the rescued soul

    Liberated from the gloomy

    Aroma of my throbbing heart

    To live in blissful serenity.

GOAL SETTING: A SCIENTIFIC GUIDE TO SETTING AND ACHIEVING

    GOALS

Goal setting is everywhere in our world. We set goals for our

own careers, our health, and our life, in general. It seems, as if, the modern society is

always encouraging us to think about the next milestone. However, what we do not think

about enough is the science and strategy of how to accomplish our goals. That is exactly

what this guide aims to throw light at.

    How to measure your goals:

The key to making long-term progress on your goals is

measurement. The human mind loves to receive feedback. One of the most motivating

things we can experience the evidence of our progress. This is why measurement is very

critical for effective goal setting. By measuring our results, we get some insight on

whether or not we are making progress.
