Why WCRI ?
Affordable: WCRI’s residence rates are approximately 40% less
than private and the universi-es’. In addi-on, residence fees are
tax deduc-ble. We offer monetary incen-ves for referring new
members and for applying to live with a friend in a double resi-
dence room.
Proximity: University of Waterloo is at our doorstep! WCRI is
across the street from University Shops Plaza and one block from
Wilfrid Laurier University.
Community: At WCRI there are a variety of student-run social
events and clubs. WCRI is a great place to meet new people and
build lifelong friendships.
Co-opera ve: Being a member means you are a part owner of
WCRI. We are built for and owned by students!
On-site Maintenance: Our on-site Facili-es department en-
sures that your maintenance concerns are dealt with quickly; there
is no wai-ng for service technicians to show up and maintenance
services are covered by the fees you pay.
