SELECTION OF CLASS COUNSEL: In the Courts previous order dated February 4, 2011, the Court approved the selection of Glancy Binkow & Goldberg, LLP as Lead Counsel for the Class, with Bramlett Law Offices as liaison counsel (Court File No. 26). However, on February 17, 2011, Lead Plaintiff moved this Court to approve as Co-Lead Counsel for the Consolidated Action: Glancy Binkow & Goldberg, LLP, along with the law firms of Strauss & Troy, LPA, and Statman, Harris & Eyrich, LLC (Court File No. 29). Lead Plaintiff also requested the Court approve the law firm of the Barrett Law Group, P.A. as Liaison Counsel (id.). The Court reserved ruling on this request until a management conference could be held

(Court File No. 31). After considering the arguments of the parties and the best interests of the purported class members, the Court declines to approve the selection of additional lead counsel. Accordingly, the law firm of Glancy Binkow & Goldberg, LLP shall remain as Lead Counsel with the Bramlett Law Offices as liaison counsel. II. STAY OF PROCEEDINGS PENDING MOTION TO DISMISS: Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(b)(3)(B), in any action arising under the PSLRA, all discovery and other proceedings shall be stayed during the pendency of any motion to dismiss.
