The Louise Hornet Varsity Cheerleaders invite you to join us for the

Little Hornet Cheer Camp on Wednesday, July 24th

, 2013. The camp

will be from 9 am to 3pm, parents are invited to watch the campers

perform at 2:30. We will serve all campers lunch and a snack. All

campers will receive a camp T-shirt and are invited to perform at the

Pep Rally on Friday, September 6th and during the 1st quarter of the

football game the same night.

Who: Children pre-K to 5th grade for the upcoming school year

Cost: includes t-shirt, lunch and snack

Early Registration (May 6th - June 20th): $25.00

available for purchase. All purchases benefit the LHS Cheerleaders!

to participate in the Little Hornet Cheer Camp:

I understand that the activities involved may include but are not limited to dance physical

activity and cheerleading and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such activities.

I understand and give my consent for my child to be photographed (including video

photography) by LHS Varsity Cheerleaders.

In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in such activity, I HEREBY

UNDONDITIONALLY REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE and agree to hold harmless Louise High

School and their employees, directors, contractors, volunteers or agents, from any and all manner of

liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, loss, damage, injury and demands of any nature which may

be incurred by the undersigned and the participant while volunteering and/or participating in the Little

Hornet Cheer Camp through Louise High School. This release shall be effective even though said liability,

actions, causes of actions, claims, loss, damage, injury and demands results or has resulted from

negligence, wrongful acts, omissions breach of contract, breach of duty or care and/or negligence.
