Demo Equipment

Little David™ Products.We truly appreciate the opportunity to provide product demonstration.

Upon receiving the equipment, please be sure to retain all crating material in the event

the equipment is not purchased. This will help to ensure the integrity of the equipment,

and prevent costly damages in transit.

Using a hand truck or fork lift, as to

not scratch the machine:

• Lift machine from mast side

• Lift machine from mast side

• Move machine to skid

Crating Instructions

• Line up machine on skid, as shown, so that no edge of machine hangs over edge of skid

• Line up edge of frame leg with inner edge of first board

Crating Instructions

• Reuse the 5/16x1-1/2 wood

thread hex lag bolt supplied

with the machine.

• Reuse four pieces of pallet

clampclamp

Crating Instructions

• Pallet clamp notch fits into

bottom of leg extension on

the machine

• Use pneumatic impact gun • Use pneumatic impact gun

or hand tool with 13mm

impact socket to bolt

through pallet clamp into

the skid

Crating Instructions• Once machine has been secured to the skid, reuse shipping

box by placing over the equipment, or reattach wooden sides

to skid as shown below.

• Finish crating by securing

two straps around the skid

and box.

• If the equipment has

wooden sides, use one strap

as shown.as shown.

• Place ship to label on box, or

directly on machine, as

shown with wooden sided

crates.
