Lithuanian cuisine
Cepelinai or Didžkukuliai (singular - cepelinas) are a Lithuanian national dish, also very popular in northeastern part of Poland.

There are two popular types of vėdarai: Potato and sanguineous .
Pudding served with bacon, as a second dish for dinner .

Kugelis (also bulvių plokštainis, the lexically correct non-foreign name, literally "flat potato dish" or banda - a dialecticism frequent especially in Dzūkija region) is a baked potato pudding that is a Lithuanian national dish.
The main ingredients are potatoes, bacon, milk, onions, and eggs. It may be spiced with salt, black pepper, bay leaves, and/or marjoram.

Cold beet soup ( Polish. Chłodnik) - East European countries ( Lithuania , Poland , Latvia , Russia , Belarus ) traditional cold borsch soup .
Sliced and cooked fresh beets (sometimes together with the leaves). Cooled beetroot soup placed in milk , fat free yogurt , cucumber , hard boiled egg , carrots , seasoned with dill , onion and parsley . The soup is eaten with boiled potatoes .
