Auction Ground Rules

-Live Auction-

Live Auction bids are indicated by raising your hand. Please note the minimum bid for each item.

The Live Auction takes place at 7:45 PM at Metro Bis. Winners are asked to remain in place and runners will check them out for their

purchases at the closing of the auction.

-Silent Auction-

Bids for the Silent Auction are by open, competitive bids, using bid sheets for each item. Please note minimum bids. Bids must be placed in at least $10 increments.

The Silent Auction will close by 9:00 PM. Winning bids will be displayed as soon as possible after the close. If you have a winning bid, LPA staff will process your payment and give you your item on site.

-General Rules-

All items must be paid for and removed on the night of the auction, April 26th. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. All items are sold as is. Particulars for claiming tickets or services are stated in

detail on receipts given to winning bidders. Unless otherwise specified, services must be redeemed by April 2015: there can be

no exceptions (i.e. vacations, certificates, etc.). Winners are asked to redeem services at the mutual convenience of themselves and

the donor. We regret there can be no refunds or exchanges. Winning bidders are asked to take their purchases home with them. If this is not

possible, items will be held at the Litchfield Performing Arts office, located at 331 Sharon Turnpike, Goshen, CT 06756. Bidders may make arrangements to pick up their items there.

In the event of a bidding dispute, LPA representatives will adjudicate.

Vintage 1950s-60s extra-wide silver Peruvian cuff bracelet

showcasing several silversmithing techniques. All work is

hand done and very detailed. The central motif is a three–

dimensional Alpaca surrounded by cut-out Andean condors.

Spectacular and daring, the width tapers. The bracelet weighs

53 grams and can be gently flexed for a comfortable fit.

Marking reads PERU 925 and bears makers initials. Excellent

condition. 3 ¾” L.

Purchased in Alaska, this lovely accessory boasts a floral

design (White Dogwood, red berries, emerald green leaves, all

beaded) on a blue fabric ground. The piece can be worn as a

belt or a scarf. It is edged in red beads with a red beaded fringe

at each end. This exquisitely beaded, hand crafted piece, was

made in Alaska by a nonagenarian! We envy her eyesight.

would also make a gorgeous Lemonade pitcher for a summer brunch table.
