Where is italy?

• Italy is in Europe and is surrounded by three major seas the Mediterranean, the Adriatic and the Tirrean seas. It is not a continent it is a peninsula.

• Italy borders France, Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia.

The capital of Italy

• Rome is in the middle of Italy in the region Lazio.

• Rome’s population is 3,849,487

• Some of the attractions in Rome are the Colosseum, and The Spanish Stairs

The water city

• The water city is another name for Venezia because it is surrounded by water.

• To get around Venezia you have to go on a gondola, boat or across bridges.

Sicilia

• Sicilia is the largest island in Italy.

• In Sicilia there is 3 Greek temples in Agrigento
