Completely new torque control characteristicAC80B medium voltage frequency adopts vector control

drive technology. It can perform the excellent torquecontrol directly with controlling of field current and

torque current in separately after motor auto tuning.

Strong anti interference capabilitySupport wide voltage input, with low voltage modulation

The DC bus power and control power supply is isolated,

the power supply of control system from isolated

transformer independent, built in filter circuit .

Hoister systemsWith the variable frequency technology to updated the hoister

system to achieve constant torque control under full frequencyrange( 0 to 50Hz/60Hz) , also can overcome the defects of

traditional AC wound rotor with series resistor speed adjusting

system.

Dynamic braking with resistor solution with cheaper cost and

energy feedback solution with remarkable energy both can be

consider to use for regenerated energy issue.

For the safety consideration, the hydraulic braking system shouldbe reserved, and integrated with VFD braking function to achieve

better control.

With the PWM control and IGBT rectifying function to realized the

dual direction control for rectifying and energy feedback, the

power factor will be near to 1 and to realized the true four-

quadrant running.

With the mastslave control technology of veichi MV drive, theoutput torque and DC bus voltage of mast-slave of drive can be

The tolerance of output torque of mastslave will be within1%

when the system is running stability.
