CULTURAL – Destination that is home to the West Yorkshire Playhouse, Pheonix Dance, Northern Ballet, the BBC, Leeds College of Music and Yorkshire Dance.

OFFICE – Leeds City Region the UK’s second centre for financial services, Leeds City Region is already home to 30 national and international banks, and hosts the headquarters of three of the five largest building societies. Many firms are located within the city’s office district in the Leeds west end, with further major Grade A office developments in the pipeline.
