Project Manager for successful upgrade of NRM (Network Resource Manager) production, development and test hardware in Sprints Technology Lab ($1.7M budget). The goals of this project was to create an environment where the application is redundant in multiple datacenters and where the development and testing can adequately handle the workload.

Successfully project manage middleware migration of Weblogic to JBOSS upgrades. The purpose was to ensure feature functionality of the embedded Netprovision application and follow IT enterprise wide JBOSS solution. This target state installation resulted in the elimination of extended vendor support and an annual savings of $1.2M annually.
