How to apply Long Lasting Lipstickon your Lips

Scrub away top surface of Lips with damp toothbrush.

Use non-petroleum Lip moisturizer.With tissue, remove excess cream.With brush, wipe light concealer over Lips. Use sharpened neutral lip liner around edge.Apply lipstick to back of hand and apply with brush.Blend thick layer of lipstick into lips and pencil line.Use half tissue over lips to apply loose powder.Apply final layer of lipstick to give long lasting

glossy finish.
