April Meetings Our 1st meeting in April will be on April 14, 2016. This will be a soup and sandwich followed by our board meeting. Team #2: Emma Church, John Metzger, Rosie Metzger, June Uson & Bill Mowery. Our 2nd meeting will be on April 28, 2016, Team #3: Ned Kauffman, John Specht, Dave Smith, Ron Mills & Murray Laite will be preparing the meal.

Slate of officers for 2016 - 2017

The nominating committee has the new proposed selections for the slate of officers for 2016 - 2017. (See attached) They will be announcing and taking nominations from the floor on April 14, 2016. We will be voting on April 28, 2016, at the building. Your ballot must be in before 6:15 PM on the 28th of April.

Spring Cash Night

Our spring cash night will be on April 20, 2016. Tickets are already out.

Mifflin County Kid Connection Kid Connection is on the morning of April 30th from 9am to 2pm. Lion Ned might call you for help.

Embassy Fair The Embassy Fair will be held at the Kish Park from April 21st to the 30th. Ned will need your help with the food wagon.

Zone IV Social The Social, “Spring Fling”, is on Saturday April 30, 2016, at the Dutch Country Inn in Reedsville. Social starts at 5:30 pm, dinner is at 6:00 pm. The “Spring Fling” is to honor the Mifflin County Regional Police and Patrolman John Miles as Officer of the Year. Speakers will be the new Mifflin County District Attorney, Chris Torquato and PDG/1st VDG Larry Edwards. Presentation of “Officer of the Year” will be by both DA Chris Torquato and DG/DA Bill Higgins. (See attached flyer for additional information)
