POS Changes
Ability to search for a Customer based on Credit Card or Bank Account Number
On the Customer DD Search screen, a search can now be performed by using the Credit
Card or Bank Account details.
In POS, open Customer DD Search

Confirmation Message when sending Emails from the Customer Screen
When sending an email from the Customer screen, a confirmation message is now displayed.

Ability to turn on the Associated Customers Feature
This feature allows you to associate customers for the purposes of extending online pre-
requisite discounts to related customers.
Note: The Online Pre-Requisite Discount Feature is not yet available.
To activate this feature:
1. Go to Admin > Site > Site Setup > Auditing/Other
2. The Associated Customers feature can then be switched ON

This activates the Associated Customers panel on the Customer screen – Others tab.

Admin Changes
Ability to Export Registration Fees Allocations from Classes Bulk Processes History
There is now the ability to Export Details in this process so if you need to reconcile this process
you have the ability to. Right-click on a Registration Fees Allocation line to Export Details.
The Export fields that will be exported are shown below.

Ability to Reverse Bulk Class Registrations
If an error is made during the Bulk Class Registrations process, you are now able to reverse it.
Select a Registration Fees Allocation line, and click Reverse.
A prompt to confirm this action is displayed.
If Yes is selected, the reversal will be performed and the Details updated to show the
Reversal.

In the case where one or more registrations on a bulk registration allocation are already
paid, this message will be displayed:
To resolve this, the payments of these registrations will need to be voided; otherwise, just the
unpaid registrations can be manually removed.
Show Inactive Classes Terms Option
By default, the Setup Terms list does not show Inactive Terms. Inactive Terms can optionally
be viewed by clicking the checkbox.

Reporting Changes
Note: For Sites using Debitsuccess Full Service, the Booking Reference can be used to look up
the account in the Debitsuccess Self-Service Portal.
Booking Reference added to the Export of Family Details by Student Report
For Sites using Debitsuccess Full Service, the Booking Reference can be used to look up the
account in the Debitsuccess Self-Service Portal.
The Booking Reference is now displayed in a new export column, as shown here as
‘HEREISAREF’.

The Booking Reference is now displayed in a new export column, as shown here as

External Receipt Added to the Export of the Transactions Report
The Transaction External Receipt from PC EFTPOS or Tyro is now exported as a new column for
reconciling purposes.

Marketing Fields added to the Export of Membership Reports
There are now marketing fields included when exporting Membership Reports. These include:

Current Members
Expired Contracts
Cancelled Contracts

Integrated Payments Manager Changes
Changes to LinksGateway Settlement Report
There is now a Token field when this report is run for easier reconciliation with the
Debitsuccess settlement report.
Automated Email for Other Purchases Debit Runs
The staff member configured in IPM to receive error notifications will receive an email for any
scheduled Other Purchases run that contains any exclusions. Some example reasons for
exclusions:
Missing or invalid debit details
The amount to collect doesn't match the overall balance of the account
(known as Allocation Issues)
The detail of the exclusion in this case will be something like:
There is a discrepancy between Balance of the Customer Account ($10) and the sum of
balances of outstanding charges. ($11)
This indicates the Customer Account has an allocation problem, so check the account in
Links and perform a reallocate of the account. It will then be included in the next scheduled
debit run.

Kiosk Changes
Added support for Centralised Customer Accounts (CCA)
If your site is enabled for Centralised Customer Accounts, Kiosk functions will now support this.
When a Customer makes a purchase from a Payment Kiosk, the Kiosk will look for a Customer
Account at the CCA Location. If no Customer Account is found, the Kiosk will create a new
Customer Account at the CCA Location and proceed with payment.

Consult.Link Changes
Previous Assessments in Consult.Link can now be opened and edited
If you choose to view a previous assessment, these can now be opened, changed, and
saved.
You first need to ensure that Security Group permissions are enabled in Admin> Security>
Security Group Setup and selecting ‘The user can edit assessments’ permission.

Once this is completed, go to Admin > Site > Site Setup > Auditing/Other and select ‘Can
edit assessments in Consult Link’.
