Personal Profile must haves

� A clear, professional head shot so people will know who you are when you meet in person. The image can be from the shoulders up in what you would wear to work. Professional photography is not mandatory, if the image meets these standards.

� Add all the ways people might reach you and best times to call.

� Provide a career summary, current employer, skills and expertise.

� We recommend requesting endorsements and recommendations to validate your experience.

� Free Personal Profile� Get your name and business experience out there,

only if you post the information.

� Able to join groups and network within them to the 2nd degree of connection. To work beyond the 2nd degree, find someone who is linked on the 1st degree and ask for a introduction or invite them to a Group you belong.

� Link to your Business Profile.

� Paid Personal Profile (click the link to review paid options)

� There are currently four profile options with increasing ways to connect, including Free.

� If you’re a recruiter or “dialing for dollars” a Paid Profile will provide more connection details.
