1 Container Liners for Bulk Goods

Silverback is a manufacturer of bulk liners for dry goods. Our bulk liners come in both 6.1M (20ft) and 12.2M (40ft) sizes. We have a range of off the shelf products that will cover most situations and we can also customise any liners to meet your requirement. Silverback also has a comprehensive range of steel bars to restrain the load and retain the liner shape and integrity at the container door.

2 Bulk Bags Single & Multi-Use

Bulk Bags are usually made from woven polypropylene, with a standard base of 90cm x 90cm and a variable height (up to 2M). They are used for storing & transporting free flowing dry products like potash, plastic beads, grains etc. Silverback Bulk Bags can be manufactured to hold various weight capacities from 500kg to 2000kg of product. Bulk Bags can be lifted standalone by reinforced lift loops that are sewn into the bags and placed onto pallets for transportation.

Silverback can provide a wide variety of Bulk Bags with design options to load and discharge the product, including open top, duffle top, flap top, fill and discharge spouts. The strongest Bulk Bag is typically a two piece U-Panel construction due to its dual layer construction. Talk to Silverback about what your Bulk Bag requirements are.

Liner InstallationSilverback has experienced liner installers across the East Coast of Australia. Very few companies offer this service and for good reason; installers need to provide a mobile quality service across a broad range of liners at diverse locations.

Because Silverback also manufacturers liners and support products, we are able to provide a fully integrated liner and install service including the supply and installation of steel bulkhead bars if required.

3 Hide-liners

If you are transporting animal skins or hides to be processed into leather, rugs or other hide related products you will require a hide-liner to reduce the cleaning cost of the container at the unloading destination. Silverback has 6.1M (20ft) hide-liners in ½ height, ¾ height and full height sizes. The clean-up costs are reduced to a minimum as the hide-liner is disposed of after use.

Silverback can also provide a hide-liner installation service with experienced installers.

4 Refrigeration & Insulation

Silverback provides a wide range of refrigeration and insulation products, including thermal container liners, wine blankets, chiller mats & pallet covers. Some products are designed for a once only use, while others have a multi-use durability that offers superior temperature smoothing properties. The use of ‘bubble foil’ insulation technology (10mm and 20mm bubble option) maximises a space saving yet cost effective alternative to straight dual laminated products. We have products that fit a single pallet height of 1.2M, 1.5M & 1.75M up to a length of 6.1M (20ft) container.

Silverback has a range of stock plastic Industrial Bin Liners and the capability to manufacture or customise* plastic bin liners for virtually any industrial waste or skip bin. If you are looking to move sand, soil, shaving, filling, slurry, general or industrial waste, Silverback has the product to fit your needs. Our liners are made from low density polyethylene film (60µm to 200µm thickness’s) and are 100% recyclable.

Silverback covers are ideal for covering pallets, loads of steel, timber, plasterboard, machinery crates, boats etc. Or if you are using a flat rack or open container we have covers to suit 6.1M, 12.2M 13.5M trailers or containers. Standard thickness of clear or opaque black plastic is 175µm, sizes can be custom* made to fit any configuration and are able to be heat-shrunk onto the load. We can also supply heat shrink equipment.
