LINEN PRESALE LIST Due to many delays throughout China's manufacturing industries and the

postponement of events nationwide we will be extending the presale until consumer confidence is restored. We will keep you all posted as updates become available.

Currently we are hoping to be placing orders with the manufactures in mid June for early fall delivery.

Why buy during a Presale? A presale offers 15 - 25% off of regular wholesale prices that will be charged on our website after products arrive. When the presale is over the prices are no longer available and you will have to wait till the products arrive and pay the regular price.

Frequently Asked Questions: When will I receive my products? Products arrive approximately 12 weeks after WE place our order with our manufacturers. This is an estimate as the pandemic has caused many delays in most of China's manufaturing industries, nor can we cannot control sailing delays due to incliment weather or the occasional obsticle with customs and transport. If you require your products for a specific date please disclose this information to us before placing your order or make sure you give yourself a minimum 2 week cushion from the estimated arrival date. Doing so will insure you receive your goods in time and avoid dissapointment.

How do I order? If you are interested in purchasing any of the items on this list please send an email to contact@calgaryeventwholesale.com with the product name, number you wish to buy and colour from the choice listed. Orders will also be taken by phone or in person if you prefer. Please take note of the MOQ (minimum order quantity).

How does payment work for the presale? After we receive your order we will send you an invoice by email requesting a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance will be requested when the products arrive and must be paid prior to pick up/delivery. If you are having your products shipped from Calgary we will also send you the shipping cost when your order is ready to ship. You can pay by visa, mastercard, email transfer or in person you can pay by cash or debit. If a deposit is not paid by the end of the sale you will be reminded once and then your order will be cancelled.

Minimum Order Quantities: This Presale has very specific minimum order quantities. In order to receive the presale promotional pricing you will need to order the minimum required quantities. You can order however many you want as long as you meet the minimum quantity. You may be able to purchase items at less then the MOQ however you will not receive the special promotional presale pricing. Please contact us to discuss pricing on less than full MOQ.
