STATIC LINES THAT DO NOT CREATE MOVEMENT:

Blending: Combining two or more colors to make a new color.
Sgraffito: Scratching through colors with a sharp tool to create designs.
Layering: Adding colors on top of other colors without blending.
CONTROL: Always start using pastels from the middle of a space. Turn your paper to fill in tricky angles.
