WELCOME to Lincoln County
4-H SPIN CLUB
Would you like to learn to…
assemble a robot?...
sew a pillow?…
invest your money?
As a 4-H member, a family learning and
growing together.
Welcome to the wonderful world of 4-H!
4-H Special Interest clubs are a fun way for kids to
expand and get involved in 4-H while exploring
activities on a single topic each month throughout
the year. 4-H SPIN hosts learning activities each month
to introduce members to “new” topics of interest and begin
developing skills for life. Some activities build upon skills
learned the previous month while other topics will be a one
-time opportunity.
All SPIN Club meetings/projects are explained through-
out this booklet.
4-H SPIN Club members are eligible to join other 4-H
clubs as well as participate in many 4-H opportunities that
are promoted throughout the year.
All SPIN Club members/families will receive the free,
monthly newsletter once they have completed their online
4-H enrollment. You can stay in touch with 4-H events/
activities by connecting through social media!
The 4-H program is so large and the opportunities are
SO vast that it can sometimes seem a little overwhelming
when you are new. Just keep in mind that your family’s
4-H experience can be tailor-made to fit your goals,
schedule, and interests. That is one reason 4-H is such a
great program for Nebraska families.
