limitless terms & conditions……

• Once a booking has been made, the booking will be held for 48 hours, during which time a deposit of

R500.00 is to be paid & proof of payment emailed to Limitless Events. Should the deposit not be

complete within the 48 hour time period, the booking will not be held.

• If the party/event should be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances. There will be a 7 day

cooling period from the day of payment to which your deposit will be fully refundable after which

your deposit will not be refundable.

• If you are booking a special (pamper, baking, movie) you are required to pay the full amount to

secure your booking. The 7 day cooling period does NOT apply to our specials available.

• All payment are to be made via EFT, your reference will be the date of the event and the child’s

name.

• If you will be making payment via cash deposit, an additional fee will be charged.

• Cash payments are welcome. Please make an appointment to come to our offices where we will

issue you with a receipt.

• The balance is to be paid in full 7 days prior to the party/event.

• All products & services offered and available through Limitless Events are subject to availability.

• The client will be liable for any shortages, damages or loss of property.

• Any late returns are subject to additional charges.
