Preparation

Method

1. Marinade: Blend together all the marinade ingredients, pour over the prawnsand allow to marinate for 30 to 40 minutes. Cook the noodles and preparethe vegetables.

2. Heat a frying pan then remove the prawns from the marinade, set aside. Thenfry prawns on both sides for 1 minute or until they are cooked through.

3. Pour the set aside marinade over the prawns and allow to cook for 1 minute,then remove from heat and keep warm.

4. To assemble the dish: Take a deep bowl and portion out the noodles,followed by a handful of the vegetables. Top with the prawns and a drizzle of the mariande, garnish with blacksesame seeds and coriander.
