As I sat in the train, reading through my physics books, tired and more, while thefields passed swiftly − and the lights flew rapidly − by, my thoughts were chasingone another, sprinting to the beat, that was drumed (as usual) by the music onmy (I)phone. Suddenly, all the impressions merged together, when this song cameon:
Like a Dog chasing Cars
Rada-da-da-da-da-twiiiiing-da-da-da-da-da-dahhhhh . . .
Like a Dog chasing Cars, that, is what we are, through this world of endless wars,in the twilight, of these old time stars.
. . . daaaaaa-da-da-da-da-dahhhhh-da-da-da-da-da-da . . .
On the run like the flight to the ford instantly, the speed increases very gently, but constantly, the wind whistles overloudly in our ears, and we are free, from all smashing fears.
. . . twiiiiing-da-daaaaa-tatatwiiiiing-da-daaaaa-da-da . . .
The pulsating heart is on the verge of collapse, without any breathing, the pressing lungs lapse, pain shivers like hell, through arms and legs, while the noise, accumulates in thunderdregs.
. . . tam-tam-daa-dah-dah-rah-tam-da-dah-da-tam-tam . . .

. . . tam-tam-daa-dah-dah-rah-tam-da-dah-da-tam-tam . . .
Freedom without choice, vision without clearance, steady on the run, illustrious without appearance, dreams without their fulfillment, living without being alive, addicted without drugs, although we need them to survive.
. . . dihdihdih-dam-titwingtitwing-dam-dah-rah-dada-dam . . .
So we invert the stream,we create the dream,we follow the cream,we have great esteem,
. . . rada-da-da-rada-da-da-rada-da-da-rada-da-da-dam . . .
bowing to nobody, not now, not ever,we can not stop, we do not stop − never,as the knife in the dark, the streetsounds bark,
. . . dam-dada-dada-ram-dada-dada-dt-dt-dam-dada . . .
left with nothing in this all lightconsuming darkness, the beautiful mind torn, tint, thirl in a great starkness, broken beyond repair, in a swallowing world,so the spear of heartblooded sweat has pearled,
. . . ra-da-da-dt-dt-da-da-dt-dt-da-da-dt-dt-da-ram . . .
souls like shattered shields, and experts in all the fields, minds broken as splintered swords, but still considered as nervy-nerds!
. . . dam-dam-da-da-dam-dam-da-da-rada-da-da-twing . . .
. . . dah-dah-rah-da-da-dah-dah-rah-dada-dam-dam . . .

. . . dam-dam-da-da-dam-dam-da-da-rada-da-da-twing . . .
. . . dah-dah-rah-da-da-dah-dah-rah-dada-dam-dam . . .
faster and faster, the pace enhance furthermorewe do not give up, nor stand we still evermore, that is what we are, like a Dog, chasing Cars.
. . . dam-dam-daa-ram-daa-daa-dam-daa-daa-ram-dam . . .
