AO2: Lighting Photograph 1: - This photograph uses natural lighting which is outside. - The lighting is measured using aperture and shutter speeds. - When shooting this photograph, indirect lighting is in place due to the overcast. - Overcast is ideal for portraiture due to the fact you can shoot from any angle. - This image is low key due to the dark areas in the photo, low key normally presents drama or tension but here it presents tiredness. - There is was no reflected lighting or reflectors used in this photograph. Photograph 2: - Similar to photograph 1, this was also shot outside so only natural lighting was used. - Unlike the other photograph, direct lighting is in play here rather than indirect which you can tell by the looking at the light on the left side compared to the right side. - When shooting this photo I had to move both myself and the subject around to get in the right position due to the amount of direct light that was present. Too much direct light would let too much light in to the camera even with the lowest aperture and the fastest shutter speed. - This image is high key, the picture is bright and vibrant giving it a happy tone unlike the other photo. - You can see slight reflect in the mini bus windows in the background.
