Actions over words

You can try to convince others of your seriousness but your actions are the only ones that convey how genuine youare. Don’t delay in your actions because you are the only one that will lose in the short and long-term.If you focus on the long-term benefits all the time, self-discipline will naturally follow.Self-discipline is about self-respect. Dump the excuses and be honest. Excuses are only excuses because of fear ofleaving your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid and be consistent and persist on your actions.
