2013 LIFEFit 5kThis was a fun, family-friendly event that would attract all ages, families, serious runners, and those who had a heart for the cause. The colors were kept bright, both to attract attention and to remain in line with our main church color scheme. This was a major fund-raiser for CAI and was advertised on JOY FM, STL TOday, News Channel 5 Window on St. Louis, Fenton Patch, and multiple race sites. EVERYTHING NEEDED TO BE TOP-NOTCH TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE, MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE AND ATTRACT RETURN RACERS AND FAMILIES.

On Saturday, June 22, 2013, we at LIFECHURCH, in Fenton, MO, are proud to host our second annual 5‐K walk/run that will benefit our LIFECHURCH Girls’ Home (Girls’ Home). Our Girls’ Home helps rescue and rehabilitate young women who have been forced into the sex trade industry where they are beaten and sexually assaulted on a daily basis. The average age of a sex trafficking victim is just 14 years old; some are reported to be as young as five. Not only do we help these young women (and their children) get off the streets, we also provide them with food, clothing, shelter, medical treatment, and the training they need to successfully move forward in their lives.

In light of that information, we invite you/your company to be part of this incredible, life‐changing process. Please consider partnering with us in this vital outreach by becoming a sponsor of our upcoming 5‐K. Your tax‐deductible donation can be made at any level, but recommended levels are listed below. You may also assist us by donating items for our giveaways and/or by encouraging your employees, family, and friends to come out and join us on race day! A flyer with race details is enclosed. All proceeds from this run will go directly to our Girls’ Home to help provide for their needs as they begin to recover and rebuild their broken lives.
