Beliefs are those foundational, internal thought process that determine what I do. These Belief Systems act as “filters” as to what I will be potentially experiencing.

To change behaviors begins by first identifying and acknowledging these beliefs systems which are mostly unconscious. [Indicated by the ( )]

Beliefs drive the attitudes that are the observable behaviors. To change behaviors begins with changing attitudes.

People react to those internal attitudes that I am broadcasting whether consciously or unconsciously. Hence I cannot change anyone. All I can do is change my attitudes and this may change how people react to me.

My & measured written Goals provide the vehicle to move from where I am now to where I want to go. Written goals are real goals. When combined with A.S.K., the change is both incredible and sustainable.

Positive Behavior Change is the desired result. Most change initiatives focus on the behaviors. However, this is illogical since behaviors are the desired result. By beginning with the Beliefs systems that drive the attitudes along with attitudes, skills, knowledge and measured goals is a more logical solution.
