Not for use with the public. 8 Actions in PolicyEx and what they mean Request Extension To request the cancel date on a policy be extended. Print and Hand Deliver This is to print the complete policy package and obtain wet signatures on requirements. This removes the policy from ever being eDelivered again. Change Request This is to be used when changes are needed on the policy. I.e. spelling, address, SS#, Increase face, add abr, ETC. Also this is to be used to request a re-issue or re-write. Decline Offer If Distributor /Case Manager, Agent, or Consumer use this action, it can be eDelivered again. If the Carrier uses this Action is can never be eDelivered Again. In which the client will be prompted to answer security questions which are generated from a public database based off the clients Name and Address. They would still enter the Consumersaddress as a copy of the signed documents are sent to the Client. Face to Face.
